I’d like to share my recent experience with New Funding Resources. First off, I have nothing but great things to say about them . Everyone on the team is so welcoming and helpful, even the receptionist Christina that answers the phone! Ask for Melissa she’s the best. So helpful and insightful when it comes to the step by step process. Easy process, hassle free, and the whole thing took less than 2 weeks or so to get funded after inquiring and getting pre-approved. Easy process once you find a home you are interested in purchasing . I would use them again and everytime I’m looking to purchase a rehab home! These guys are the best . Definitely would recommend!

I am a firm believer in self directed IRAs and even more so solo 401ks, where you can use leverage on a fix and flip and not pay tax on the profit on the borrowed money. And New Funding Resources has been absolutely great. I have worked with Melissa and Kyle and I could not be more satisfied. New funding has taken me to a totally new experience for funds. I am still in the state of shock from the day I spoke to Anastasia. Her concern ,kindness ,friendship, was unbelievable she made me feel as if everything was going to be OK.!!! It was just too good to be true that a finance company would extend so much love , genuine love. she wanted this transaction to go through as if she was doing it for herself. Within a few days I received a call from Her partner he extended the same courtesy. It was a friendly conversation explaining everything in detail.
