I am so glad I found New Funding Resources. I wanted to sell an inherited property, but it needed a lot of work to list it. I was going into personal funds initially and putting stuff on my credit cards until I realized I just could not keep funding the project personally. I reached out to New Funding Resources to inquire about Hard Money for the renovations and thank God they were able to help. They gave me the cash I needed to get the repairs and renovations done that I needed. The turnaround time from application to receipt of funds was relatively quick. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for their help. I had the pleasure of working with Anastasia and Melissa throughout and they both were just a joy to work with throughout. The contractors discovered a major problem with the downspouts and water going down to the foundation of my house and they needed to redo the entire drainage system. So helpful and insightful when it comes to the step by step process. Easy process, hassle free, and the whole thing took less than 2 weeks or so to get funded after inquiring and getting pre-approved. Easy process once you find a home you are interested in purchasing . I would use them again and everytime I’m looking to purchase a rehab home! These guys are the best . Definitely would recommend!
